The unit I stayed in was clean, warm, and homely, with all the necessary kitchen facilities. The central location allowed me to easily access all the local amenities. Conveniently located for starting the rail trail, with friendly staff and good WiFi. the room was clean and comfortable.
No on-site staff, with guests unsure how to access their allocated units. It caused confusion and frustration, and there was no assistance to sort it out.

Located at the heart of the historic district, walking distance from the river and eateries. The room was spotlessly cleaned and equipped with basic amenities. The staff provided quality customer service, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The hotel staff was rude about our parking upon checkout. We parked our car on the street but were not informed of the parking policy, resulting in a confrontational exchange with the manager.
